Las Vegas Chinatown apartments

The Lotus apartment complex in Chinatown is different than most new rental projects in Las Vegas. It’s in an urban area near the Strip, and rental rates are well above average. It boasts such amenities as a rooftop deck, a poolside DJ booth, a karaoke room and a virtual-reality sports room. Most apartment projects in Las Vegas are in the suburbs, and areas like Chinatown haven’t had anything for a long time. “There really hasn’t been anything new built here in the last 30 years.” Lotus developer Jonathan Fore
