Park Place Infiniti wins 2014 Dealer of the Year Award

DealerRater has named Park Place Infiniti the Dealer of the Year in Nevada for its brand category. This is the second year in a row Park Place Infiniti has won this distinction.

“We strive to exceed expectations and deliver client services of the highest caliber,” Park Place Infiniti General Manager Joe Tortomasi said. “Park Place Infiniti has built its reputation on luxury and excellence.”

The Dealer of the Year award recognizes a select number of car dealerships throughout the United States and Canada for outstanding customer satisfaction as expressed through customers’ online reviews posted on DealerRater.

Tortomasi credits his dealership’s success in part to his technicians’ use of the latest technologies for routine maintenance and repair work. The dealership also carries original equipment, parts and accessories for Infiniti autos.

Dealerships must meet rigorous criteria to qualify for the award, including:

n Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the 2013 calendar year

n Average minimum rating greater than 4.0 (calculated monthly); with 5.0 as the highest possible rating

n Must not have been blacklisted within the 2013 calendar year

Dealer of the Year awards are presented to car dealerships with the highest PowerScore in their brand category at national and state levels. Each dealership’s PowerScore is determined using an algorithm that considers the dealership’s average DealerRater star rating (calculated monthly) and the total number of reviews written about the dealership during the calendar year.

Park Place Infiniti was rated 4.9 out of 5 stars in customer service, quality of work, friendliness and overall experience. It was rated 4.8 out of 5 stars in pricing.

Park Place Dealerships, founded in 1987 by Ken Schnitzer, represents luxury brands including Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volvo, Jaguar, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, McLaren, Maserati, Lotus and Smart. In June 2012, Park Place purchased the Infiniti dealership in Las Vegas. For more information, visit, www.parkplaceinfiniti.com.
