Will Kyle Canyon Metro substation be closed?

Police department sources confirm there’s talk in high places about possibly closing Metro’s substation at Kyle Canyon in an effort to cut costs. The substation services not only residents in the communities that include Kyle Canyon, Lee Canyon, and Indian Springs, but also provide law enforcement to the area’s more than one million annual visitors.

As a resident of the area, it’s hard to imagine what life would be like without those officers.
