Agassi, Graf part of lawsuit against Pure Nightclub management

Courthouse News reports Andre Agassi and Stephanie Graf have filed a lawsuit against the managers of the Pure Nightclub inside Caesars Palace.

Describing the pair as tennis' "it couple," Agassi and Graf are co-owners along with his former coach, Darren Cahill, and spokesman Todd Wilson.

The lawsuit alleges Touch Management executives Robert Frey and Steven Davidovici formed unrelated companies and invested Pure revenues in competing interests.

Several local clubs are named; clubs the lawsuit claims actually lose money and don't share Pure's success.

According to Courthouse News, the plaintiffs seek unspecified damages for breach of contract, conversion and negligence.
