B.B. King's Blues Club has opened at The Mirage, 3400 Las Vegas Blvd. South, featuring live music and serving Creole cuisine for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining. Menu items include Gumbo Ya Ya Straight from the Bayou, Southern-fried catfish and banana bread pudding. The Country Club at Wynn Las Vegas has introduced the "Cookin' With Jazz Brunch" from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sundays. The prix-fixe brunch, which is $59 for adults and $24 for children, includes such dishes as French toast bread pudding, shrimp and grits and brown-sugar-brined pork chops, plus an appetizer buffet. ...

MonteLago Village Resort at Lake Las Vegas has introduced a brunch cruise aboard the La Contessa yacht, available through Dec. 31. It's part of a resort package that includes an overnight stay on either Saturday or Sunday at the village and two passes for the brunch cruise, which departs at noon on Sundays.
