Hard Rock giving away Blu-ray players, free play through Thursday

Every day through Thursday at the Hard Rock Hotel, nine people will win either a Blu-ray disc player, $250 in free play or $100 in free play. Players receive one entry for every 100 Rockstar points ($100 coin-in on slots, $200-$600 coin-in on video poker). Entries also can be earned at the tables and sports book. Winners must be present at the drawing.

Anyone earning 1,750 C.A.N. Club points ($583 coin-in on slots, $875 coin-in on video poker) today at the Eastside Cannery will receive $10 in free play and $10 credit to any restaurant. On Saturday, you can pick up a long sleeve logo shirt at the Cannery by earning 1,999 C.A.N. Club points.

Tonight and Saturday night, as well as Dec. 5 and 6, both the Fiesta Rancho and the Fiesta Henderson will draw 10 names to win up to $5,000. Amigo Club members receive one entry for every 50 slot points earned on the machine. Entries also can be earned at the tables, bingo and at live poker. The drawings take place at 8:15 p.m., and you must be present to win.

Railroad Pass has introduced a card-of-the-day promotion as on ongoing promotion. Players hitting a four-of-a-kind containing the card-of-the-day will receive a 100-coin bonus.

The Excalibur has introduced an ongoing promotion in the pit. Players hitting the suited-blackjack-of-the-day will receive a Budweiser mini-six-pack.

Saturdays through Wednesdays in December, Eldorado and Joker's Wild players earning 500 points ($500 coin-in; no point redemption required) in one day will receive a collectible Coke plush toy. There is a limit of one gift per day.

Thursday through Dec. 13, Orleans players earning 700 points ($700-$1,400 coin-in; no point redemption required) will receive a logo denim shirt.

You also can pick up a logo denim shirt at the El Cortez in December by hitting a jackpot of $200-plus on slots or $300-plus on video poker, or you can pick up a $10 gasoline/gift card. There is no limit to the number of shirts or gift cards you can win.

All next month, Silverton poker players logging in two hours of live action Texas Hold' em from noon to 2 p.m. will receive $20 in bonus chips with their next $100 buy-in.
