Station Casinos unveils images of the $800 million Graton Resort in Northern California

Station Casinos unveiled the first images last week of the $800 million Graton Resort & Casino near Santa Rosa, Calif.

The company called the style, “casual contemporary elegance.” The building will have natural stone, dark wood and copper materials, along with vertical gardens of living green walls and waterfalls framing the entrances.

The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria broke ground on the Northern California casino project last summer. The tribe received local approval the 64-acre site, which is part of the tribe’s 254-acre reservation.

The casino is located off U.S. Highway 101 in Rohnert Park, Calif.

Station Casinos is managing the development for the tribe and has employed almost 900 construction workers. Once completed, the Graton Resort is expected to employ 2,250 workers.
