Lone Mountain Equestrian Park opens to horses — PHOTOS

The grand opening for Lone Mountain Equestrian Park and Trail took place Saturday, April 16. Opening ceremonies for the 8.5-acre project, located at 4425 N. Jensen St., included bluegrass music and a free barbecue. Amenities at the park include a covered practice arena and two round riding pens. The park also has a shaded picnic area with two barbecue grills and an equestrian-themed children’s playground.
