The Carrot Top Room was dedicated last week at Ronald McDonald House with the appropriate amount of silliness. Carrot Top jumps on a bed, much to Ronald McDonald's chagrin.

Carrot Top shows his concern as Ronald McDonald prepares to play barber prior to the ribbon cutting. Carrot Top, aka Scott Thompson, recently donated $55,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities. He once served meals at a McDonald's for a day to raise money, and he has given the charity proceeds from special appearances. The comedian became interested in the organization as a result of a friend's experience there. The homes are used to offer temporary housing to families with children in local hospitals. Each private room has two full-sized beds and a bathroom.
