Rowe was questioned and released after explaining it was a disabled starter pistol he uses as part of his cop act for bachelorette parties, according to The Post-Standard in Syracuse.
"I use a cop costume to gag the bride-to-be. To make it more realistic, I put the toy gun in the holster," said Rowe, who said he grew up in central New York and was in Syracuse to perform at several bachelorette parties.

I'm guessing Buffett's plan to donate $37 billion -- yes, that's billion with a b -- to a foundation founded by Gates came up in their chats. It's the largest-ever individual charitable gift in the United States.
