Henderson man arrested in shooting death

A Henderson man has been arrested in the shooting death of a man last month.

James E. Finias, 40, was arrested Tuesday on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder and a convicted person in possession of a firearm in the death of Chad Coleman, 36, Henderson Police said.

The shooting happened about 9:30 p.m. Oct. 25, police said. Coleman was found on the corner of Wagonwheel and Foothills drives. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police said Finias arranged a meeting with Coleman at the intersection before the shooting. Police found Finias at his trailer home Tuesday and arrested him. He is being held at Henderson Detention Center on a $605,000 bond.
