HENDERSON HOST BIRD PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

The city of Henderson is scheduled to host a basic bird workshop at 9 a.m. Nov. 2 at the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve, 350 E. Galleria Drive.

The workshop is expected to cover basic camera tips and recommendations on choosing the right location to set up a shot and the etiquette of photographing birds in the wild.

The event costs $14. It is open to anyone 12 or older.

VETERANS HONORED AT CEREMONY

The city of Henderson is scheduled to host its Veterans Day ceremony at 10 a.m. Nov. 2 at the Henderson Amphitheater, 200 S. Water St.

The city of Henderson is scheduled to host the annual “City Hall in the Mall” from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Galleria at Sunset, 1300 W. Sunset Road.
