Sentencing delayed for casino shooter

The sentencing of Steven Zegrean, who wounded four people after unleashing a barrage of gunfire inside New York-New York in 2007, was postponed Monday.

A new sentencing date was set for Sept. 16 before District Judge David Barker.

A jury last month convicted Zegrean of 51 of 52 charges he was facing in the shooting, including attempted murder with a deadly weapon, assault with a deadly weapon and battery.
