Augusta Canyon releases estate home sites within Southern Highlands

Southern Highlands Realty, which represents The Estates, has announced a new release of custom home lots in Augusta Canyon, the newest custom-home neighborhood within Southern Highlands, a master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

All lots range from one-half to three-fourths an acre and are adjacent to one of Southern Highland's community parks.

Homes in the guard-gated community are priced from the $600,000s.

Augusta Canyon, a private hillside, golf community is one of several custom-estate neighborhoods within Southern Highlands, which has been ranked by the publication Golfweek as one of the top private golf club communities in North America.

Southern Highlands Golf Club, designed by the legendary father-and-son team of Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr., is an exclusive club.

The home builder is offering a membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club with the purchase of a custom estate lot at Augusta Canyon, according to Mitch McClellan, president of Southern Highlands Realty.

He said the offer is for a limited time and subject to Club approval.

Issued on an invitation-only basis, membership in the ultra-private Southern Highlands Golf Club extends to Spa Southern Highlands.

"Golf Club memberships had been offered in an earlier release and it was a huge hit with our buyers," McClellan said. "This limited offering is a great way for our residents to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle offerings of this community."

Featured with the Golf Club is Spa Southern Highlands, which includes a 25-meter lap pool, private cabanas, separate children's swimming pool and playground, oversized outdoor Jacuzzi, workout facilities, spa treatments and tennis courts.

Another amenity lies in the heart of Augusta Canyon, Park Paseo, a landscaped private park.

This oasis features a paver trail, park benches and a gazebo.

It also provides private access from many large park-frontage lots that are included in this release.

To visit, drive south on Interstate 15 to exit 27 and exit west onto Southern Highlands Parkway.

Continue on Southern Highlands Parkway and make the first left turn to the guard gate and ask for The Estates sales center.
