Belmonte to open homes for tour

Tucked away in the Paseos at Summerlin, Woodside’s Belmonte presents new single-family homes in three floor plan designs. The collection of large two-story residences opens today.

Offering as many as six bedrooms and smart energy saving efficiency, Woodside Homes provides the homeowner the flexibility to personalize his or her new home.

The neighborhood has views of the Spring Mountains near the Red Rock National Conservation Area and Las Vegas Valley.

Belmonte’s designs offer four to six bedrooms and as many as 4½ baths, ranging in size from 3,202 to 3,934 square feet with three-car garages. Prices start in the low $500,000s.

Commanding entries lead to open elegance with expansive great room, gourmet kitchen, casual dining and covered loggias.

There is a study, game room, formal dining, loft, retreat, exercise room, home theater, junior suite and additional bedrooms.

Woodside also provides solutions for the multigenerational family living under one roof. The Home+ suite option in the 5010 and 5030 plans provides both privacy and togetherness for today’s modern family.

Exteriors are inspired with classic Spanish Colonial, Santa Barbara and Mission architectural designs offering 8-foot elevation specific steel roll-up garage doors and entry doors. Defining elegance, spacious light-filled interiors with extravagant window designs offer great rooms and include outstanding quality amenities such as high volume 10-foot, first-floor and 9-foot second floor ceilings, ceramic tile flooring in the entry, kitchen and baths, rounded drywall corners and many designer-selected finishing touches.

Kitchens have granite countertops, maple cabinetry, quality stainless-steel General Electric built-in appliances, pantry storage and large island with casual dining.

The master suite has a balcony, bath with large tub and separate shower and walk-in closet.

The plan 5020 provides a first-level master suite. All baths offer cultured marble vanity tops and shower surrounds and full-size vanity mirrors.

Energy saving features and no-upfront-cost solar systems are available. Homes are built under the Environments for Living program and are more efficient and durable than conventional code-built homes, according to company officials.

Woodside’s construction is also E-Star compliant, exceeding its efficiency by 15 percent with a three-year guarantee, they said.

At the center of Paseos at Summerlin, there is a 20-acre park that is accessible to the master plan’s trail system that leads through the village.

Amenities include volleyball courts, basketball court, tot lot, soccer fields, picnic areas and walking trails.
