Cambria boasts four area parks

The gated community of Cambria in North Las Vegas, was designed by Engle Homes to be family and pedestrian friendly, with several parks.

"When we designed Cambria we took into strong account the fact that it's often difficult for families to find the time to pack up their children and head to a park," said Lindsey Thomas, marketing manager for Engle Homes.

"At Cambria, all families need to do is walk outside their front doors and they can find four different parks where their children can play safely."

Cambria, located on the southwest corner of Ann Road and Commerce Street, offers home buyers the opportunity to live in a community of homes ranging from 1,804 to 2,726 square feet.

"With a gated entrance, and low-speed limits on our streets, we wanted to help ensure that Cambria would be a very pedestrian friendly place to live, with residents being able to enjoy walks around the development, with stops at our parks," Thomas said.

Cambria has three floor plans with a variety of standard features and options. They are flexible, offering extra bedroom or master retreat options.

The 1,800-square-foot Avila Plan is Cambria's only single-story home and includes four bedrooms, two baths, parlor and a two-car garage. The home allows home buyers to customize the design with an optional den or master retreat.

Cambria's two-story Baywood Plan is 2,250 square feet and includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. The floor plan is adjustable, giving residents the opportunity to add an optional loft.

Cambria's largest model is the two-story Oceana Plan. Within its 2,700 square feet, the Oceana comes with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. The floor plan is also changeable, offering a fifth bedroom or a bonus room.

Cambria is located close to schools, shopping and freeways and is priced at the mid-$200,000s.
