Dunhill Homes to hold Rhodes Ranch community March sales promotion


Dunhill Homes is springing into action with its Grand Sales Event March 3 and special incentives through March 18 at its Rhodes Ranch master-planned community in the southwest valley.

"We welcome home shoppers to come experience this fantastic community in person on Saturday, March 3, during our Grand Sales Event," said Hadley Goddard, sales agent at Rhodes Ranch.

Dunhill Homes also will offer free food and refreshments, including specialties from the popular Slidin' Thru and Tasty Bunz food trucks.

"It will be a fantastic day with delicious food, tours of our beautiful homes and a chance to win a $500 Apple gift card," Goddard said.

Last year, Dunhill Homes unveiled 12 new floor plans at Rhodes Ranch. The single- and two-story designs range from 1,532 to 3,649 square feet with prices starting at $184,990.

Every home has features that are included in the price of the home. Some kitchen features may include cooking islands, granite countertops, beech wood cabinetry, Whirlpool appliances and Moen chrome faucets.

Most homes also include Dunhill Homes' oversized garages and signature valet, a place residents can sit and take off their shoes, store mail, hang keys and coats and store items they need when they arrive or depart their homes.

Rhodes Ranch has a private water park for residents and their guests. Open during the summer months, the Fun Zone Water Park includes a 13,000-square-foot lagoon pool with wading areas, a 10,000-square-foot water park with three speed slides, five kid slides, rope bridges, multiple squirt gun stations and an oversized bucket that fills and tips over every five minutes.

"And that is in addition to our 35,000-square-foot recreation center with a large variety of indoor and outdoor activities," Goddard said.

At the Rhodes Ranch recreation center residents can socialize, study, work and meet in a central location with multiple seating areas, a baby grand piano and a television viewing area.

The center also offers an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length indoor basketball court and two racquetball/handball courts.

Residents can participate in a variety of group classes, including Pilates, yoga, kick boxing, total body conditioning and circuit training in the group exercise room.

Outside, a 25-meter lap pool, two eight-person spas, a 12-person spa, four covered cabanas, one exterior lighted basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, four lighted tennis courts and a children's playground with activity structures give families plenty of fitness opportunities.

"And, of course, the community is also host to the award-winning Rhodes Ranch Golf Course," Goddard said. "The golf course provides beautiful tropical views throughout the community and another great fitness opportunity."

The community includes a 24-hour, guard-gated entrance and no local improvement district or special improvement district fees to homeowners.

"By paying for the master plan improvements, Dunhill Homes allows residents to save thousands over the life span of the home," Goddard said.

All of the homes at Rhodes Ranch are certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program.

These certifications require specific efficiency measures, such as energy-efficient insulation, radiant-barrier roof sheathing, water-saving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient gas water heater and furnace, a digital programmable thermostat, and dual-pane low-emissivity, argon gas vinyl windows.

Dunhill Homes also earned an Energy Star Leadership in Housing Award for its work to promote energy-efficient construction and help protect the environment through a partnership with Energy Star.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Durango Drive and drive south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Head west on Rhodes Ranch Parkway, then south on Sherwood Greens. Follow the signs to the sales office in The Majors at 223 Honors Course Drive.
