Engle Homes extends special promotion

Engle Homes has extended its special financing program that allows home buyers to purchase one of 25 homes within its neighborhoods valleywide at a 30-year fixed interest rate of 5.5 percent (APR), according to Cheryl Kypreos, president of the Nevada Division of Engle Homes.

She said the program also includes incentives of up to $100,000 and no closing costs for new home purchases made through Nov. 16..

"As interest rates have improved, Engle Homes is passing on those savings directly to home buyers, resulting in loans for beautiful new homes with monthly payments that are affordable and will never change," Kypreos said.

"No matter if you're looking for a one-story home in the area's best-selling master-planned community, or a home in one of the fastest-growing parts of the Las Vegas Valley, Engle Homes has the perfect home to meet just about anyone's needs. The interest rate promotion includes select homes in Ladera Terrace in Summerlin's Mesa Village.

Ladera Terrace offers two-story courtyard homes with three floor plans and pricing in the mid-$300,000s.

The special is also available for homes in North Las Vegas in the builder's Cambria neighborhood.

Cambria is located on the southwest corner of Ann Road and Commerce Street and offers homes ranging from 1,804 to 2,726 square feet.

Some homes in the single-story Rivendell neighborhood and Beacon Hill three-story townhomes, both in Mountain's Edge, a master plan in the southwest, are also part of the special program.

The special also is available in Somerset, which is centrally located on Martin Luther King Boulevard and June Avenue.
