Pulte Homes’ Crestway Trails offers mountain views, Del Webb quality

With Black Mountain as its backdrop, Pulte Homes' Crestway Trails neighborhood in Henderson attracts buyers seeking a location near both urban amenities and natural wonders, according to Christine Lewis, general sales manager for Pulte Homes/Del Webb Nevada.

"Crestway Trails is an intimate neighborhood of only 47 homes in a setting that offers so much for families," Lewis said. "This neighborhood actually backs up to the Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, which offers opportunities for hiking and exploring, and has the foothills of Black Mountain as its setting. Complementing that nature element, Crestway Trails is close to several parks and schools, as well as many established shopping and professional centers."

The neighborhood's three floor plans range from 2,559 to 3,799 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

Prices start in the high $300,000s.

Just over a dozen homes remain for sale, in addition to three model homes with designer finishes.

"These floor plan designs are both practical and flexible," Lewis said. "In fact, our buyers can adjust the basic designs to their needs, adding a den or extra bedroom if they need."

As part of a closeout special through the end of May, Pulte Homes will include a washer and dryer, as well as a 50-inch plasma-screen television with the purchase of each home at the neighborhood, according to Lewis.

The homes include Pulte's Signature Standards package, featuring brand-name amenities, such as Granite countertops, York heating and air-conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, 18" x 18" Dal tile, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, GE appliances, Schlage door hardware and Sea Gull lighting.

Additionally, all of the homes are constructed with the Diamond level of Environments for Living building technology, with blown-in cellulose insulation, conditioned attic spaces, 15 SEER air conditioning units, and dual-paned, vinyl-framed low-e windows. Such technology decreases internal and external contaminants while increasing indoor air quality; and can result in decreased heating and cooling usage; and increased comfort, durability and tightness, according to the builder.

The Crestway Trails sales office is located within Pulte's neighboring Amber Ridge neighborhood.

To visit the sales office and model homes, take Interstate 515 to the Horizon Drive exit and turn right. Make a left on Horizon Ridge Parkway, then a left on Paradise Hills Drive and proceed to Boundary Line Street, then turn right.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesday when they open at noon.

Amber Ridge is sold out, except for the Crestway Trails models and seven additional lots.
