Toll Brothers to hold final days of summer sales event

Toll Brothers is inviting prospective home buyers to attend the final days for the limited-time summer sales event, being held in select Toll Brothers neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley through July 18.

The Yes You Can! event will offer financial incentive as well as new mortgage rates on select newly build homes and select homes that are near completion. TBI Mortgage Inc., a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, is offering a selection of mortgage programs, including new adjustable rate mortgages. Home buyers should visit the community of their choice to learn about specific details.

Participating neighborhoods include:

• Toll Brothers at Inspirada, located in the Inspirada master plan in Henderson, the neighborhood offers single-family and condominium homes. Two brand-new model homes are nearing completion. For more information, call 399-2100.

• Traccia, located in the Summerlin master plan, is a gated community offering two collections. Call 304-9740 for more information.

• Mirasol, located in the Mountain's Edge master plan, is a gated community offering a brand-new collection of single-family homes. For more information, call 454-1125.

Toll Brothers was ranked No. 1 among homebuilding companies in Fortune magazine's March 22 world's most admired companies survey.
