Trump International opens high-rise condo sales center

Trump International, a luxury hotel condominium tower on the Strip, opened a new sales center.

After a sales relaunch in 2012, sales of Trump Las Vegas condominiums, which include 1,232 studio and one-bedroom suites and 50 penthouses, have grown exponentially; closings increased fivefold. The new sales center reflects a shift to focus on remaining inventory, including the one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses that crown the tower’s upper floors.

“Following the success of our sales relaunch, less than 40 percent of the building’s studio condominiums remain available,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of development and acquisitions for Trump Organization. “Strong demand from international and repeat buyers has precipitated the move to an incredible new sales center, located on the top floor of Trump International Las Vegas, and a transition in strategy to showcase, for the first time ever, the most spectacular penthouse residences on the market.”

The new 64th floor sales center is in a 1,764-square-foot penthouse. Upon entering through the sales center’s grand double doors, guests enter a sophisticated model featuring an open layout identical to the scale and finishes of the residences. The sales center, representative of the building’s penthouse suites, features a full-sized kitchen with breakfast bar equipped with Sub-Zero, Bosch, and Wolf appliances. A well-appointed living and dining area is furnished in a classic contemporary style with floor-to-ceiling views of Las Vegas. Two master bedrooms feature signature sleep systems; each includes a walk-in closet and master bath with Italian marble countertops, glass-enclosed dual-head shower, whirlpool tub, and high-tech in-mirror plasma television.

In January, Trump Las Vegas will debut a new configuration for the studio suites, sized at 526 square feet. Buyers may choose from two different layouts — featuring either a king-sized bed or dual queen beds. The suites feature views of the city, Strip and mountains and living space with crown moldings, custom cabinetry and a state-of-the-art kitchenette. Breccia Onniciata marble encapsulates the bathroom, which has a double-sink vanity, 6-foot whirlpool tub, and a high-tech, in-mirror plasma television.

Trump Las Vegas, a 64-story tower encased in 24-karat gold glass, is at 2000 Fashion Show Drive. Five-star services and amenities include the award-winning Spa at Trump; DJT Restaurant; H2(EAU) poolside café; a pool deck with private cabanas; 24-hour doorman; a full-service business center; signature Trump Kids and Trump Pets programs; and a dedicated owner representative.

Prospective buyers can schedule an appointment at Trump Las Vegas by calling the sales center at 877-878-6711. Available floor plans range from 526 to 3,080 square feet and residences are priced from $250,000 to $3.75 million. For details, visit www.trumplv.com.
