Tuscan Cliffs custom design features seamless indoor-outdoor great room

The custom-designed estates at Tuscan Cliffs allow the outdoors to become integrated with indoor space.

"At Tuscan Cliffs, we have perfected the indoor-outdoor living philosophy," said Michael Goeth, sales agent. "Whether you bring the outdoors in or take your home outside, it is easy and seamless in a home at Tuscan Cliffs. Our signature disappearing glass doors can literally move walls to open a room to the outdoors. And during this fall season, fire features can bring the outdoors inside very easily.

"Among our fire features are fire pits, which are popular this time of year," Goeth said. "They not only provide warmth, but are visually interesting and are a natural gathering place. Who wouldn't want to sit out by the fire, staring up at the stars and looking over the lights of the city? It's just a perfect place to spend an evening."

Tuscan Cliffs homes are designed with front courtyards, interior courtyards and covered patios that overlook pools, spas, waterfalls and cabanas in addition to the fire features throughout each home.

"And right now, we have a handful of homes that are available for immediate move-in at truly incredible pricing," Goeth said. "We are currently offering three of our four model homes for purchase at a 30 to 40 percent discount off their original prices."

Tuscan Cliffs' Villa de Giovanni, Villa de Gabriella and Villa de Franchesca model homes are available for purchase. Villa de Giovanni is a 6,001-square-foot residence that includes four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, a library, first-floor master suite with retreat and a three-car tandem garage. This home also features two casitas and a 1,100-square-foot game room.

"The Villa de Giovanni's game room has been one of our most popular options," Goeth said. "In the model home, it includes a media center, full bar, conversation area and balcony."

The Villa de Gabriella model home is a 5,945-square-foot residence that includes six bedrooms, 51/2 baths and a casita with a full bath. It also features an elevator, media room, library and six fireplaces. "In this home, the kitchen includes upgrades like Viking Professional Series appliances, a six-burner stove with a griddle, and butler's pantry with a wine storage refrigerator," Goeth said. Upgraded granite countertops and cherry wood cabinetry are also included in this home.

The Villa de Franchesca is a 5,219-square-foot home with five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, a gallery with a curved staircase, master suite with retreat, library, loft, butler's pantry in the kitchen and split oversized three-car garage.

All three model homes are fully landscaped with a pool, spa or both, rear covered patio and outdoor kitchen.

"And for those who want to bring in your own furniture and finishings, we have a handful of unfurnished homes available at Tuscan Cliffs," Goeth said.

One available is a 5,945-square-foot Villa de Gabriella-style home with a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace. This six-bedroom home is designed with a home theatre, elevator and casita. A professional-style kitchen includes a Wolf range, double ovens, two dishwashers, an ice maker and Sub-Zero brand built-in refrigerator and freezer.

Residents of Tuscan Cliffs will receive a social membership with one-year complimentary dues to the Southern Highlands Country Club, upon application approval.

According to Goeth, each Tuscan Cliffs residence qualifies as an EnergyStar home, saving owners on their heating and cooling expenses while providing quieter, more environmentally friendly homes.

Pricing for Tuscan Cliffs' available homes ranges from $1.3 million to $2 million.
