Tuscan Cliffs promotes romance

With Valentine's Day approaching this Thursday, new homeowners at Tuscan Cliffs will be spending the special day with their loved ones in homes filled with opportunities for romance, according to the builder.

"The homes can be customized in thousands of ways, so many Tuscan Cliffs residents choose to create intimate areas that are perfect for relaxation and romance," said Rob Evon, sales agent at the Southern Highlands development. "During this time of year, outdoor alcoves like courtyards and conversation areas with fireplaces are perfect places to spend time with the ones you love."

Homes in the community are known for their indoor/outdoor living designs, with courtyards and alcoves serving as outdoor living spaces and disappearing glass doors. These doors, when closed, appear as walls with large windows. When opened, they seemingly disappear into openings in the walls.

Among the romantic elements at Tuscan Cliffs is the use of fire features such as courtyard fireplaces and fire pits, Evon said.

"What better way to spend an evening with your loved one than relaxing in front of a fire while enjoying views of the Las Vegas Strip and Southern Nevada mountain ranges," Evon said.

Homes at Tuscan Cliffs range from 4,328 to 6,001 square feet. All home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Base prices start at more than $1 million.

Residents will receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club upon approval, Evon said.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
