Tuscan Cliffs promotes southwestern location

The Tuscan Cliffs collection of semi-custom homes at Southern Highlands provides its residents with seclusion, convenience and excellent views, sales manager Rob Evon said.

"Our home sites are offered up to a half acre, so each home provides sweeping views of the city on one side, mountains on the other and both desert and golf-course views below," Evon said. "We also have some sites that are elevated and cut into the mountainside, giving residents unobstructed views."

Tuscan Cliffs offers a collection of semi-custom homes that can be architecturally designed up to 6,000 square feet. Each home affords opportunities for indoor/outdoor living with courtyards, covered patios, balconies and yards sized for a pool and spa.

"No matter where you are in your home at Tuscan Cliffs, it is our goal to make it a relaxing environment," Evon said.

Tuscan Cliffs is located in Southern Highlands, a 2,700-acre master-planned community that includes parks, schools, shopping, dining and a golf club. Builder Pacific Southwest Development is giving complimentary one-year social memberships, upon approval, to the Southern Highlands Golf Club with the purchase of every home in its collection, according to Evon.

"This is a gift worth thousands that we offer to every new homeowner and includes access to golf, dining and one of the best spas in Las Vegas," he said.

The Southern Highlands Golf Club and Spa at Southern Highlands include a 13,000-square-foot spa, 4,000-square-foot fitness center, 25-meter lap pool, tennis courts and Jacuzzis. Its golf course was named by Golf Digest magazine as one of the "top residential golf courses in the United States."

More than 50 configurations are available among the four base models at Tuscan Cliffs. Each offers a master suite with separate retreat, extensive rear patio, central courtyard and common areas. Among thousands of available options are home theater systems, elevators, wine cellars and grottos, outdoor fireplaces and water features.

Base prices start at just over $1 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
