Tuscan Cliffs touts versatile floor plans


Seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living are the hallmark of Tuscan Cliffs residences at Southern Highlands, sales associate Rob Evon said.

"Outdoor living spaces at Tuscan Cliffs can include outdoor living rooms, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits in addition to a pool and spa," Evon said. "And that is just the backyard. Each home at Tuscan Cliffs features front courtyards, and three of our four floor plans include a private interior courtyard as well."

At Tuscan Cliffs, outdoor kitchens are included with every semi-custom home. Located under an extended covered patio, each includes a grill, refrigerator and granite countertops. "And, depending on the home, they may include a sink, cabinets, condiment station and kegerator," Evon said.

Three floor plans include interior courtyards, offering a quiet sanctuary. "Interior courtyards provide a nice sitting area to relax and unwind from the demands of the day. We offer the ability to create water features or outdoor fireplaces in these areas, which makes them even more peaceful," said Evon.

More than 50 distinct configurations are available among the four model homes at Tuscan Cliffs. Each offers an extensive rear patio, central courtyard and common areas designed for families that like to entertain, inside or out. They range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet in their base configurations and may measure as large as 6,000 square feet with options.

All home sites measure at least one-quarter acre. Premium lots, including some with views of the valley and others that are oversized, are available.

Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, exterior stone veneer, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures.

Each Tuscan Cliffs residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on heating and cooling expenses while providing quieter, more environmentally friendly homes.

Base prices in the community start in the low $1 millions.

Residents of Tuscan Cliffs will receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. The club includes a social calendar, spa, swimming pool and other facilities.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday when it opens at 1 p.m.
