Warmington Homes’ Cambria condominiums holding sales finale

Warmington Homes is holding its grand sales finale within its new condominium development, Cambria, located in the northwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley. The final closeout phase includes up to two model condominium-homes upgraded with designer touches, as well to residences ready for occupancy in as little as 30 days. In addition, the closeout opportunity offers incentives in plan selection and upgrades.

"We are celebrating the grand finale at Cambria so that home shoppers will get excited about the amazing opportunities that we are now offering as part of the final phase," said Amy Thill, vice president of sales and marketing for Warmington Homes Nevada.

All floor plans in the closeout phase include decorator upgrades in addition to window coverings and designer-selected paint.

The development of condominium-homes offers a gated, resort-quality setting complete with pool and spa. The development's homeowner's association maintains all common areas and building exteriors. During the grand finale, buyers may select from two floor plan styles.

Plan Two Upper measures 1,683 square feet with a loft area, which comes standard. The two-bedroom floor plan offers the option of a third bedroom and includes two baths and two-car garage.

The 1,481-square-foot Plan Three Upper includes two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, loft and two-car garage.

Priced from the low $200,000s, the designs include a private balcony.

Per plan, both the models and the other final phase residences may feature custom designed beech wood cabinetry, upgraded flooring, Whirlpool appliances, granite and Corian kitchen countertops, oval soaking tub with cultured marble surrounds and countertops in the master baths.

Thill said that during the closeout phase, new buyers will receive up to $7,500 in nonrecurring closing cost credits when they obtain financing through Bayport Mortgage Co., Warmington's preferred lender and may also be eligible to receive additional incentive funds that can be used in several ways.

To visit the sales office and model home complex this weekend as the final phase and models are offered for sale, exit Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway at Cheyenne Aveneue and travel east. Turn left on Hualapai Way and look for Cambria on the left.
