Eagles edge Wranglers, 2-1

Kyle Forney’s power-play goal gave the Colorado Eagles a first-period lead they wouldn’t relinquish in a 2-1 victory over the Wranglers on Friday at Loveland, Colo.

Josh Harris scored his first professional goal for Las Vegas (32-28-2-3) to tie the game at 1, but Forney answered later in the period and neither team found the net again.

The teams play for the final time in the regular season at 6 p.m. today.
