CAB COMPANY DONATES $5,000 TO FUND FOR MILITARY MEMBERS
Yellow Checker Star Transportation recently donated $5,000 the Semper Fi Fund, a national nonprofit that provides financial assistance for wounded and critically ill members of the U.S. armed forces and their families.

CAR DEALERSHIP HOLDS BOTTLED WATER DRIVE FOR THE SHADE TREE
Park Place Infiniti, 5605 W. Sahara Ave., is hosting a monthlong bottled water drive to benefit The Shade Tree.
Donations can be dropped off in July from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday.
The dealership aims to collect at least 100 gallons of water for residents of the shelter, which serves women and children affected by domestic violence.
