Circulation Route Manager

The Las Vegas Review-Journal is seeking a high energy individual

who excels in problem solving and is not afraid to get their hands dirty!

  Will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and orientating contractors
  • Managing routes
  • Managerial reports
  • Warehouse duties

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.

Bilingual a plus, graveyard hours and weekend work a must. Must be familiar with Excel and Word.

 The ability to work well within a team environment a must. Previous work in a newspaper environment a plus.

MARKETING & EVENTS COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator in our Marketing department. Will work closely with sales, events and other departments. Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create marketing and sales presentations
  • Manage sales presentation slide library
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials; write & edit copy, work with graphic design artists
  • Create ad schedules and submit ads
  • Ensure that marketing materials are consistent with brand and contain upto- date information
  • Coordinate email campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal communications and disseminate them according to plan
  • Interact closely with the sales staff

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office; Power Point, Excel and Word
