Both starting guards Richie Incognito (ankle) and Gabe Jackson (knee) did not participate in Thursday’s Raiders practice. Neither did cornerback Trayvon Mullen (neck/concussion protocol/illness), defensive back Lamarcus Joyner (calf/quad) and wide receiver Tyrell Williams (foot).

The Raiders released a statement that said Jacobs woke up Wednesday with discomfort in his leg, was evaluated and treated for a “superficial skin infection.”
According to a high-ranking league official, the NFL has also considered having the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium host the season-opening Thursday night game.
