Skye Landaz hit a 3-pointer with less than 10 seconds to go in overtime to give Faith Lutheran’s girls basketball team a 51-49 road win over Palo Verde on Tuesday.
Kadrena Johnson’s basket with five seconds to play Tuesday gave Palo Verde’s girls basketball team a 34-32 home win over Bonanza.
Elyse Young had her second consecutive triple-double, racking up 26 points, 10 rebounds, 10 steals and eight assists, on Friday to help host Cimarron-Memorial’s girls basketball team to a 70-40 win over Arbor View.
Jasmine Richardson scored 15 points Thursday to help host Basic’s girls basketball team to a 53-34 win over Chaparral.
Justice Ethridge scored 26 points Tuesday to lead Centennial’s girls basketball team to a 71-58 victory over Windward (Calif.) in the Nike Tournament of Champions in Gilbert, Arizona.
C’Aree Stevenson had 20 points and Legacy’s girls basketball team rallied for a 67-62 home win over Palo Verde on Tuesday.

Haley Tyrell had 14 points, six assists, four rebounds and three steals Friday to help Coronado’s girls basketball team to a 52-44 win over visiting Foothill.
