Mariano Saucedo had 15 kills Tuesday to help Spring Valley’s boys volleyball team upset Desert Oasis, 22-25, 26-24, 17-25, 25-22, 17-15 in the second round of the Desert Region Tournament at Green Valley.

Taylor Miller had 13 kills Tuesday to help Palo Verde’s boys volleyball team hold off visiting Legacy, 25-20, 23-25, 25-22, 23-25, 15-12.

Andre Shabazz had 31 assists, 10 digs, seven kills and two aces Wednesday to help the Durango boys volleyball team to a 25-15, 17-25, 27-25, 31-29 home win over Shadow Ridge.
Brandon Kampshoff tallied 11 kills and six digs Tuesday as the Las Vegas boys volleyball team beat visiting Legacy, 25-15, 25-17, 21-25, 25-21.
Kade Frischknecht put down 16 kills Wednesday as the Centennial boys volleyball team rallied for a 24-26, 24-26, 25-23, 25-15, 15-12 road victory over Legacy.
