Skye Landaz hit a 3-pointer with less than 10 seconds to go in overtime to give Faith Lutheran’s girls basketball team a 51-49 road win over Palo Verde on Tuesday.
Kadrena Johnson’s basket with five seconds to play Tuesday gave Palo Verde’s girls basketball team a 34-32 home win over Bonanza.
Garin Macfarlane had 27 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists Tuesday to help Shadow Ridge’s boys basketball team outlast visiting Rancho, 106-97.
Jan Duhaylungsod had 30 assists, nine digs and five blocks to propel Rancho’s girls volleyball team to a 20-25, 25-18, 25-13, 21-25, 17-15 home win over Legacy on Tuesday night.

Hunter Martin singled to right-center field with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to score Trace Evans and give Basic’s baseball team a 9-8 home win over Coronado on Thursday.
