Here are some of the top performances for the week of Dec. 5 to Dec. 10.
Cimarron-Memorial’s Demarco Alexander scored 28 points, and teammate Kamakana Winquist drained a 3-pointer from the right corner at the buzzer to lift the Spartans to a 65-62 road win over Cheyenne on Tuesday.
Dayonna Maddox scored 15 points and Canyon Springs’ girls basketball rallied in the second half to defeat host Faith Lutheran 54-42 on Tuesday.
Temerity Bauer scored 15 points, and Green Valley’s girls basketball team rallied in the fourth quarter for a 61-57 victory over host Las Vegas High on Tuesday.
