More changes are happening at the Strip resort as an upscale American-style eatery there shuttered.

The opening of two Las Vegas Valley restaurants was pushed back by construction delays, according to a spokesperson for the chain.
Chef James Trees gives us a peek inside the buildout, nearing completion, that will offer the restaurant five times the space of the original next door.
The two new restaurants are expected to open in the next four months, with more seating and parking than the Chinatown original.
