Vic’s Las Vegas in Symphony Park takes its name from the famed Vegas Vic neon cowboy on Fremont Street.
Food
The pop-up window at Resorts World follows the inaugural Vegas Randy’s that launched in August.
Five other spots also will open, including the return of Tomo Noodles, in the food hall debuting Dec. 19 at the Fremont in downtown Las Vegas.
Now Open is an ongoing series featuring restaurants that have opened in the past few months in neighborhoods across the city, but not on the Strip.
Bar Bohème and La Petite Bohème will join L’Aristocrat, a previously announced French spot, in downtown Las Vegas.
