The 25,000-square-foot space featuring 11 food and drink outlets, a mix of new-to-market and established local purveyors, will debut with the Station Casinos property this fall.
The Las Vegas vegan website, Vegans, Baby and the United Kingdom-based charity Veganuary have partnered with area restaurants to offer special vegan dishes and menus through Jan. 31 as part of the “Veganuary” event. A portion of the proceeds from each dish, determined by each restaurant, will be split between the Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Veganuary organization.
The restaurant was founded by Martin and Patricia Rangel, who emigrated from the western Mexico state of Jalisco in the 1980s. The restaurant has nine locations in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Nevada.
