Controversial former casino mogul Steve Wynn has been asked to light the Al Davis Memorial Torch before Sunday’s Raiders game against the Miami Dolphins at Allegiant Stadium.
After waiting it out a year with the rest of Raider Nation, this week team owner Mark Davis finally took in a Raiders regular season home game at Allegiant Stadium.
Fans didn’t let the 100-plus degree heat deter them from carrying out a Raider tradition: tailgating. Some of them also lined up to receive COVID vaccination shots.
The team announced last month that it would require all fans attending Raiders games at Allegiant Stadium to be vaccinated.
