Las Vegas police released dozens of body camera videos from a fatal crash involving former Raider Henry Ruggs.
District Attorney Steve Wolfson said prosecutors offered Henry Ruggs a plea bargain because of a “legitimate concern” that his felony DUI charge would be dismissed.
The 23-year-old former Raiders wide receiver is expected to plead guilty to DUI resulting in death and vehicular manslaughter.
Tina Tintor died of “thermal injuries” after a fiery wreck on the morning of Nov. 2 involving former Raiders player Henry Ruggs, the Clark County coroner’s office rules.
