Brooklyn Slater had 12 kills on Tuesday to lead Liberty’s girls volleyball team to a 19-25, 25-15, 20-25, 25-19, 15-9 road victory over Green Valley in the Desert Region tournament.
Las Vegas High’s Brooklyn Stone recorded 40 assists, eight digs and four aces and Skyla Faught chipped in with 16 kills, 13 digs and three aces as the host Wildcats turned back Centennial, 22-25, 25-11, 25-13, 25-16.
Ava Wright had 51 assists Monday as Boulder City’s girls volleyball team rallied for a 22-25, 23-25, 25-23, 25-16, 15-7 home win over Moapa Valley.
Tommi Stockham had 17 kills, 14 digs and two aces as Bishop Gormans girls volleyball team held on for a 25-21, 25-10, 26-28, 26-24 win at Palo Verde on Wednesday night.
Sydney Washington had 13 kills and four blocks Thursday as Faith Lutheran’s girls volleyball team downed host Legacy, 25-20, 29-25, 25-22, 25-21.
Riana Blount had 14 digs, 10 kills and six blocks as Foothill’s girls volleyball team rallied for a 21-25, 25-16, 25-23, 25-23 win at Faith Lutheran on Wednesday.

Whitley Brow had 11 kills and 16 digs, and Aysia Mabry added four kills, four aces and 17 digs to help Foothill’s girls volleyball team outlast visiting Green Valley, 25-12, 21-25, 25-20, 8-25, 15-8 on Thursday.
Tayah Washington had 15 kills and 11 digs on Wednesday to lead Faith Lutheran’s girls volleyball team to a 22-25, 25-20, 23-25, 25-21, 15-8 win over visiting Legacy.
Naomi Harris finished with 16 kills and 12 digs, and Durango’s girls volleyball team held off Bonanza 25-22, 23-25, 25-21, 21-25, 15-9 on Thursday, handing the Bengals their first loss in the Southwest League.
Sarah Goddard had 14 kills, three aces and two blocks Thursday as Arbor View’s girls volleyball team rallied for a 19-25, 25-7, 25-16, 25-21 victory over visiting Desert Oasis.
