Brooklyn Slater had 12 kills on Tuesday to lead Liberty’s girls volleyball team to a 19-25, 25-15, 20-25, 25-19, 15-9 road victory over Green Valley in the Desert Region tournament.
Leilani Vitale had 12 kills on Thursday to lead Sierra Vista’s girls volleyball team to a 25-23, 19-25, 27-25, 18-25, 16-14 road win over Liberty.
Emilia Mason had 20 assists and five aces Thursday to lead Spring Valley’s girls volleyball team to a 25-19, 22-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-13 victory over host Canyon Springs.
Skyla Faught had 14 kills and three aces to lead the Las Vegas High girls volleyball team to a 25-19, 25-21, 25-15 win over visiting Tech on Thursday.
Tehani Tapuala notched 35 assists and 25 digs, and Liberty’s volleyball team rallied from down two sets on the road to defeat Las Vegas by a score of 25-27, 23-25, 25-10, 25-17, 15-1.
Sydney Berenyi had 28 kills and 15 digs to help Silverado’s girls volleyball team rally for a 19-25, 25-19, 25-22, 25-15 win at Foothill on Wednesday night.
Camille Riggs had nine kills on Monday to lead the Western girls volleyball team to a 25-18, 20-25, 25-15, 15-25, 15-13 victory over host Sunrise Mountain.
Kylie Stritenberger had nine kills and four blocks to lead Pahrump Valleys girls volleyball team to a 16-25, 17-25, 25-23, 25-17, 15-8 victory at Mojave on Thursday night.
Liberty’s Kayla Watanabe’s 24 kills, 13 digs and four blocks sparked Liberty’s girls volleyball team to a 19-25, 25-23, 25-27, 30-28, 15-11 win over visiting Foothill on Tuesday.
Liberty’s Alexandra Farnsworth had 21 kills on Wednesday, and the Patriots’ girls volleyball team defeated host Rancho, 18-25, 25-22, 25-15, 15-25, 15-12.
Sunrise Mountain’s Alyssa Guevara- Canales had seven aces and 15 digs to lead the Miners’ girls volleyball team to a 21-25, 26-24, 27-25, 25-19 victory over visiting Desert Pines on Tuesday.
