The Falcons had another impressive outing Friday at Canyon Springs that left coach Marty Redmond giddy. They didn’t allow a point in the second half and picked off two passes in a 17-14 win.
Liberty turned the ball over four times in the loss and was held to just 125 yards on offense in a 21-10 loss to Lone Peak (Utah).
Indian Springs blasted Pahranagat Valley 12-2 in six innings in the Class 1A final at North Valleys High School to claim the program’s first state championship in 45 years.
