Clark County and the city of Las Vegas’ ISO-Q (Isolation and Quarantine) Complex at Cashman Center for the homeless was to begin accepting patients on Monday night.
As the economic repercussions from the coronavirus outbreak ripple through the Las Vegas Valley, nonprofits and social services are seeing a decline in donations.
Despite some early growing pains, city officials say the the facility is already beginning to make a difference in addressing homelessness in Las Vegas.
