A lawyer for ex-Las Vegas Raiders player Henry Ruggs told a judge he has received body-worn camera video from police who arrived after a high-speed crash that killed a woman.
A Las Vegas judge is set to decide on Thursday if prosecutors will be able to access former Raider Henry Ruggs’ medical records or call medical professionals to testify.
Though Ruggs did not attend a morning court hearing Wednesday, records show that he pleaded not guilty in the case.
Former Raiders star Henry Ruggs was released from jail and returned to his Las Vegas home, a source told the Review-Journal on Wednesday evening.
