Lawyers for the former Raiders wide receiver updated a judge on Thursday morning on the status of the case.
A Las Vegas judge is set to decide on Thursday if prosecutors will be able to access former Raider Henry Ruggs’ medical records or call medical professionals to testify.
Though Ruggs did not attend a morning court hearing Wednesday, records show that he pleaded not guilty in the case.
