The forecast weekend temperatures are “quite a bit above average for this time of year,” said Alex Boothe, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
Depending on where you’re going this holiday weekend, the temperature could even be “a little bit above normal,” according to the National Weather Service.
“For the most part, we’re looking at temperatures slightly below normal pretty much through Monday,” said John Salmen, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
Saturday’s high temperature is forecast at 60 degrees, while Sunday’s high will likely reach 61. Next weekend could bring cooler temperatures – dropping five to 10 degrees.
Snowfall could impact travel on I-15 between Las Vegas and Southern California from late Sunday through Tuesday morning.
There’s a slight chance of rain Sunday afternoon and evening, but it may not be measurable in a lot of places, said Alex Boothe, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service is forecasting unseasonably cold temperatures this weekend across the Las Vegas Valley, with rain once again in the forecast during the middle of next week.
