Alexis Lea scored 10 points, including 4-for-4 from the free-throw line in the final 40 seconds, to help Basic’s girls basketball team secure a 45-41 home victory over Boulder City on Tuesday night.
Izabel Morales caught a 15-yard touchdown pass in the second half to help Palo Verde’s flag football team score a 13-6 home victory over Silverado on Tuesday afternoon.
