A Las Vegas judge says he will only allow prosecutors to access the results of Henry Ruggs’ blood tests and have a medical professional testify in the ex-Raiders’ fatal DUI case.
Though Ruggs did not attend a morning court hearing Wednesday, records show that he pleaded not guilty in the case.
