Las Vegas led Palo Verde 7-1 in the bottom of the fourth inning Thursday night when rain halted play in the losers’ bracket final of the Mountain Region Tournament at Centennial.
Leonel Anaya was 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored on Monday to help Las Vegas High’s baseball team earn an 8-3 win at Silverado.
Michael Marraro was 2-for-3 with a triple and three RBIs to help Spring Valley’s baseball team to a 9-6 home win over Clark on Wednesday.
Aaron Lopez doubled home Steven Tamborello with the go-ahead run in the top of the seventh on Friday as Legacy rallied for a 7-4 road baseball victory over Foothill.
Tyler Floyd singled home Chase McDaniel with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to give Pahrump Valley a 5-4 baseball victory over visiting Virgin Valley.
Seth Hoffman was 3-for-4 with three doubles and six RBIs to power Cimarron-Memorial’s baseball team to a 17-6, six-inning win over host Arbor View on Friday.
