Aidan Goldstein shot a 2-under-par 70 at Painted Desert on Tuesday to earn medalist honors and help Faith Lutheran’s boys golf team to victory in a Northwest League match.
Palo Verde posted a two-day score of 788 at the Class 4A boys state golf tournament to hold off Bishop Manogue, which placed second at 796.
Paced by medalist Dylan Fritz, Coronado overcame difficult playing conditions Tuesday at Reflection Bay Golf Club to capture its fourth consecutive Class 4A Sunrise Region boys title.

Boulder City’s Lani Potter carded a 3-under-par 69 to take medalist honors, and the Eagles finished first in a Class 3A Sunrise League girls golf match at Boulder Creek on Thursday.
Sami Penor shot 4-under-par 68 Tuesday as Coronado’s girls golf team rolled to victory in a Southeast League match.
